Our family pies are an absolute hit – we truly cannot produce enough of them.
Chef Josh Smallwood (Ex-head chef @ Ricky’s, hatted restaurant), of Noosa Cartel is the master behind the recipe. While we believe one of the secrets to a great pie is quality, grass-fed beef, the recipe and it’s flavours are of course what stay with you. Josh understands this, and when you taste our pies, you’ll understand it too.
