Our Beef & Mushroom Patties are a crowd favourite. We blend our grass-fed beef with dried oyster mushroom, and the result is a pattie which EXPANDS when cooked! The mushroom draws water back up, resulting in a juicy, flavoursome pattie which is perfect for barbecueing.
