These heritage-breed pigs live outdoors, foraging freely on native pastures, resulting in deeply flavourful and nutrient-rich bones.
Whether you're making a rich ramen base, traditional bone broth, or adding depth to a stew, these bones are a staple in any whole-food kitchen. High in collagen and minerals, they’re ideal for long, gentle simmering.
Each bag contains approximately 1kg of mixed pork bones, vacuum-sealed for freshness and ready for your next batch of slow-cooked goodness.
