This lamb is beautifully fatty and naturally sweet, so every cut cooks up tender and full of flavour.
This pack contains approx 11kg of lamb and saves you $50 on buying each cut individually.

Our Regeneratively Farmed Lamb
Our lamb comes from our friends at Laffy Family Farms on the Darling Downs, about an hour and a half west of Toowoomba. Dan and Veronica Laffy run their flock the same way we run our cattle: chemical-free, 100% pasture-raised, and regeneratively farmed, with animals moved through holistically managed pastures that build the soil year after year. The Laffy family has worked this land for around 90 years, and it shows in how they care for it and for their animals.
We're proud to partner with farmers who share our respect for the land and the animals on it. The result is beautiful lamb: well marbled, naturally sweet and tender, with a clean, rich flavour right across every cut.
